Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between BOIS D'HERMALLE (hereinafter "the seller") and any buyer (hereinafter "the customer") placing an order on the site.

Prices are shown in euros (€) excluding VAT. The applicable Belgian VAT is 21% and will be added to the pre-tax amount at the time of ordering. Prices may be changed at any time without notice, but orders are invoiced at the price in force at the time of confirmation.

The order is confirmed after:

• Confirmation of the basket and the delivery form
• Receiving an order confirmation email

BOIS D'HERMALLE reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock shortage, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud.

The accepted payment method is:

• Bank transfer: the bank details are sent to you by email after order confirmation. The order is processed upon receipt of the transfer.

Delivery is entirely free throughout Belgium and the Netherlands, regardless of the product or the delivery method chosen. Indicative lead times are 3 to 15 business days depending on the product type and delivery area.

Conformément à la législation belge sur les droits des consommateurs (article L221-18 du Code de droit économique), le client dispose d'un délai de 30 jours from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, with no penalty and no reason required.

This right does not apply to products delivered in bulk (logs, wood by lorry) whose nature does not allow returns.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the refund will be made within 14 jours from receipt of the return, using the same means of payment used for the order.

Our products benefit from the statutory warranties provided for under Belgian law:

• Conformity warranty (2 years)
• Warranty against hidden defects

BOIS D'HERMALLE cannot be held liable for damage of any kind resulting from improper use of the products. The quality certificates (DINplus, ENplus A1, PEFC, FSC) are provided by the manufacturers and valid as at the date of production.

Les présentes CGV sont soumises au droit belge. En cas de litige, les parties s'efforceront de trouver une solution amiable. À défaut, le litige sera soumis à la compétence exclusive du tribunal de l'arrondissement judiciaire d'Anvers. Le consommateur peut également recourir au Consumer Mediation Service (national mediation platform).
