In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Code of Economic Law — 30 days to change your mind

Your right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Code of Economic Law, you have a right of withdrawal on any purchase made remotely (online), without having to give a reason for your decision or pay any penalties.

30 jours from receipt of the product to change your mind — no charge, no reason required.

Time frame and starting point

The withdrawal period of 30 jours calendaires runs from the day after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

  • For a multiple order delivered in several parcels: from receipt of the last parcel
  • If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day

How to exercise your right

To exercise your right, inform us of your decision before the deadline expires, by one of the following means:

After notification, you must return the product within 14 jours. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or non-compliant.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Bulk wood: logs and stères delivered by lorry — by their nature non-returnable after delivery
  • Bulk pellets: deliveries using a blower into a private silo
  • Products clearly personalised or made to measure at your request

These exclusions apply only to bulk deliveries. Packaged products (bags, pallets) remain eligible for the right of withdrawal.

Refund

On receipt of the return (or proof of dispatch), we process a full refund of the price of the returned products within 14 jours maximum.

  • Refund via the same means of payment used for the order
  • Outbound delivery charges refunded only in the event of full withdrawal from the order
  • No additional charge will be applied to you for the refund

We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.
